Nancy and Janice, So very sorry to hear about your mom. I watched the beautiful Memorial Video you did for your mom. I cried as I watched it, the video like I said was beautiful Peggy would be so proud of you both. I would of definitely tried to get to her service. Peggy was so good to me when I called her about Dad and Mom when they were sick and when they passed. Peggy called me about Arnie. Mom used to talk about your mom when they worked together in the Provincial Hospital and then when we visited Peggy and Arnie in Sackville I listened when the four would talk about the dating days. Mom so loved your mom. Your mom was so .... proud of you both and her grandchildren, she loved you all. Thank you for letting me know. Sending my love and hugs.

So hard to know what to say other than how sorry my mother and I are to hear this. Peggy was quite a girl. Don and I saw her and her bowling team many times after having finished 10 strings in Amherst (all of them in their 80's or 90's). I so enjoyed seeing her and Arnie at their doctor's appointments. Arnie never said much but always had a twinkle in his eye and Peggy was Peggy. Right up until her last visit she always asked how Doug was doing. The Snowdon's were a huge family and she always knew what was going on with all of them. The dynamic duo are together again. Thinking of you all.

Dear Nancy, Janice, and families,
So sorry to learn of Peggy's passing. Please accept my sincere condolences and know that my thoughts are with you at this sad time. Peggy was one of the kindest, most caring and nurturing ladies that I have ever had the honour of knowing. I have wonderful memories of meeting up at her house (always welcome) to walk to school with Nancy and Janice back in the years when we were attending the old Salem School. Such a beautiful soul. Rest peacefully, dear Peggy. Love, Cathy

Our sincere thoughts and prayers go out to Nancy and Janice and all the family on the loss of Aunt Peggy! Growing up I used to call her my second Mom, she was so comfortable to be around and never judged anyone! We had some great times when we used to visit and she will always be in our hearts! I can see her now, in heaven, in the Lord's arms, free of pain, with Uncle Arnie, her brother Clarence, my dad and my mom Mary, and all the rest of her brothers and sisters and family thinking of all of us! She will never be forgotten!

I have so many lovely memories of Aunt Peggy, Just some of many are the times when I would wake up early on a Sunday morning and walk, in my jammies, from my grandparents home on Queen St to the house on Richardson street, walk in through the unlocked door, to rummage in the cupboard to get a bowl of Cereal, sit in the breakfast nook and wait for Jan, Nan and Peg and Uncle Arnie to join me, Then Aunt Peg would dress me in some of Jan's clothes so that I could go to church with them. Then we would walk together in a little group to go to Main St Baptist Church. Aunt Peggy's way of trying to bring me into the flock. She was my summer mom. I am thankful that she was such an important part of my youth. God Bless Her
