Nicole's Family,
Your loss of this precious young woman has shaken my world from the moment I knew that it was Nicole who was involved in this tragedy.
I am so so sorry that her shining light is snuffed out cruelly premature. A senseless, senseless loss of an individual with a wide heart, preparing herself to serve humanity's most vulnerable population. Nicole made the world a better place, with her warmth, love and compassion.
I remember the middle school Nicole, sooo much vitality, sooo much caring, always genuine, with an honesty that was refreshing to observe, and a conviction to state that which she felt....an angel who always put a smile on my face.
May the energy of this vast universe, hold you up when you faulted in grief. May the loving arms of people who care, wrap around you, holding you up as you travel the road ahead without your girl. I am a Mom of one daughter, thinking of you now and in the days ahead, with heartfelt sympathy.

I knew Nicole back in high school. She was an amazing friend and i wish there was something i could have done to prevent any of this. We lost touch after high school but i knew she was only a message away. She was always so fun and her smile always brightened my day. She was a friend who was like a sister to me and hearing this new broke my heart. I even cried infront of my boss because it hit me like a bag of bricks the next. i started to think about all the good times i had in high school with her.
