.A note to the Ingalls' family from Spencer:
I recently had a lovely chat, at Choir School, with Audrey's youngest grandchild, David. He informed me of her declining health, since she moved away, and promised to bring hugs and best regards from her Alpha friends at Trinity. He said she had many fine memories of her time at our Church, and was glad to be near her husband once again.
We certainly enjoyed the camaraderie with her wonderful mind and faith, while she shared intimate stories of her younger life and the tough times she traversed. Needless to say, we were impressed with her strong faith she attributed to getting through many trials successfully as a wife, mother and grandmother. Definitely an inspiration and kindly spirit to all her friends, she will be missed.
Our Alpha group, some not from our Churches, have kept in contact and we will pass on the sad news to them. Many blessings coming your way from all of us!!!

Our sincere condolences. I just got back from a walk on Anchorage Beach where i often used to meet Audrey and James walking when they lived on the Island. I remember they usually were carrying shells and after our granddaughter bought their house she found a wooden barrel almost full of shells. I continue their practice. I was sorry to have missed Pat when she was on Grand Manan.. A great lady who you will surely miss. Carole
