I am so sorry for you loss. He was one the the best teachers we had in Sussex. He taught Science and one exercise he returned to me had on it "descriptive diarrhea". I couldn't help but laugh. I last saw him at a 60's reunion in Sussex in 2018 and he looked as if he hadn't aged a bit. Cherish your memories.

Mr Hanson was the principal of Salem when I started in 1990 . As a child, he was scary and when I got in trouble and thrown in the hall ( literally) desk and all , he was not my favourite person. As an adult I grew to Admire Mr Hanson and respected him quite fondly. My years of working at the co-op we would always stop and talk about those days. He was a great man who did so much for his community. My thoughts go out to his family at this time. He will be missed ! Oh and Mr H, if you're looking down. I forgive you and the Black Book ❤️ :)

I extend condolences to Reg’s family. Many afternoons were spent on Reg and Marg’s cottage deck at Hick’s Beach enjoying a glass of his homemade beer and wine. Reg dearly loved to fish mackerel and share them with his cottage neighbours. He was a “man in motion” , either in his garden or riding his bike. He was a good friend and I will miss him. Please accept my deepest condolences to Reg’s family. Reg and Marg were wonderful longtime cottage neighbours of mine at Hicks Beach, and it is sad that they have both passed now. Reg was very generous in sharing the produce from his summer garden, the fish (gutted and cleaned) from his hours spent in his boat on the water, and the stories that he had garnered over the years. He will be missed.
RIP Reg.
