Obituary of Aubrey Vincent Sparks

On Friday, June 2, 2023, Aubrey Sparks, formerly of Dorchester and most recently a resident at the Drew Home for Senior Citizens in Sackville, NB, died following a short illness.

Aubrey found joy in friendships, fast cars, and good food. While living at the Drew he especially enjoyed burgers, fries and donuts, as well as conversations with Lloyd, Diane and his uncle Randolph and aunt Sybil.

In his younger days Aubrey lived large, but in his final years came to acknowledge both regret and gratitude – regretting the poor choices he made in his early life and being grateful for those who loved him, nonetheless.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Erin Campbell and staff of Campbell’s Funeral Home, Sackville (506) 364-8188. A memorial service will take place on Thursday, June 15, 2023 at 11:30am at Campbell's Funeral Home, Sackville NB.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Aubrey may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or to the charity of one’s choice.
