Obituary of Joseph Lawrence Thibodeau

Joseph passed away at the Saint John Regional Hospital on May 18, 2023. He was born in Weymouth, NS on August 8, 1939.

He travelled to Ontario and Alberta as a young man and worked on farms and resorts. He even managed a small motel in
Alberta and eventually settled in Sackville.

Joseph is survived by his six children, Jospeh Terry Thibodeau, Bruce Thibodeau, Jane Nolan, Nancy Thibodeau and Susan Saulnier, as well as by his numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

On May 28, 2005 he married Lorie Chapman. Joseph was active as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses and enjoyed talking to people about God’s Kingdom. He is survived by his wife Lorie who now resides at the Drew Nursing Home.

Funeral and cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Erin Campbell and staff of Campbell’s Funeral Home, Sackville (506) 364-8188. A service will be held for Joseph at 2:00 PM at the Sackville Kingdom Hall on June 24, 2023.
