Dear Karen and family. We were so sad to hear about Kirby and will remember his stories, his laugh and his smile. Our memories are visits with Deb Bice, Walton's Beach, how he was so much like his beloved dad and Kirby helping Gil and I paint our new cottage in Walton's Beach. The first paint job in 1986 and Kirby was all over it! Though perhaps his health hampered him, it seemed to us that his was a life well lived. You were a blessing to him Karen. Dear Karen. I was very shocked and saddened yesterday when hearing of Kirby’s passing. Even tho we were cousins with a big age difference, I always had fun with him each summer when our family visited. He looked out for me, just like a big brother. I’m also glad I got to see him (and you) last summer. To me, he had never changed and the fond memories flooded back. I will miss him.
