Blane - I just learned today of Heather's passing in November and was so very sad to hear about this. She will be missed by many but most especially by you and your children and grandchildren. The video of photos was so beautiful to see. Of course, I just remember Nicola as a baby because we left Sackville before your boys were born. It will be tough to carry on without her at your side but somehow we do find a way to put one foot in front of the other. Thinking of you and your family.

So sorry for your and our loss. Heather does live on in hearts, memories, and the values and genes of her kids and grandchildren. She also lives on in this household in perennials and shrubs she took from seed to seedlings to the plants that thrive in our garden. Also, we have a room in our house which Is our favourite place and was constructed by Heather, Blane, and Erik. Thank you Heather.

We had so many wonderful times with Heather. These photos are evidence of some of these times. Heather was always ready to participate in all the shenanigans and her love for Blane and her family always shone through. Dear Nicola, Blane, Eric and Scott,
My first job was painting a greenhouse in grade 4. Heather and Blane were always so kind and made me feel trusted despite my young age. My grandfather was shocked when I came home with 16 dollars from 4 hrs work at such a young age. I always felt welcome to come ''help with the kids'' although I was probably more of a headache than a help. Nicola, Eric and Scott, I remember how much I loved spending time with you guys even though I thought I was so much older. Heather was gentle, patient and kind and I am so extremely sorry for this loss to your family and the community of Sackville.
