Obituary of Rose-Hélène Trenholm

We are saddened to announce the passing of Rose-Hélène Trenholm. She passed away at home on March 21, 2021, after a long battle with cancer. Rose will be deeply missed by her spouse, Leslie Trenholm; her children, Christine (Igor) Ignatov and Matthieu, as well as by her eight brothers and sisters in France and her one sister in Moncton. She is predeceased by her parents Emile & Léonie Platon of Paris, France. Rose was a wonderful seamstress and she enjoyed gardening, writing and cooking - she was an excellent cook! Her most cherished accomplishment was her children. Rose loved people, making new friends, and helping wherever she could. She loved the Lord and was always eager to share her faith. She enjoyed learning, and to that end she completed her BA degree in 2013, at the age of 49! Rose will be dearly missed by her family and friends. The family wishes to express their most sincere gratitude to the staff of the Oncology Clinic at the Moncton Hospital and to the Extra Mural Program for the excellent care and support Rose received. Arrangements have been entrusted to Campbell’s Funeral Home, 89 Bridge Street, Sackville, N.B. (506) 364-8188. A memorial service will take place at SDA Church, 161 Salisbury Road on Sunday, March 28, at 3:00 PM. If so desired, donations in memory of Rose may be made to the Oncology Clinic at the Moncton Hospital or to the charity of one’s choice.
