Obituary of Donna Marie (Burley) Patterson

Baie Verte, NB- It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Donna Marie Patterson on Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at the Sackville Memorial Hospital. Donna passed away peacefully at the age of 72, with her daughter and son by her side. Born in Saint John, NB on May 5, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Dorothy Mildred Burley. Donna was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend and she will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Donna will be lovingly remembered by her two sons, Kenny (June) Abbott and Dennis (Tammy) Patterson; her daughter, Lori Patterson (Alban Donelle); her son from other parents, Brian Dedam; six grandsons, Scott, Michael, Matt, Richard, Dylan and Brandon; two great-grandsons, Dominic and Lennox; two great-granddaughters, Myiah and Lillyanna, as well as by several nieces and nephews. Besides her mother, she was pre-deceased by her husband, Larry William Patterson in 2011; her sister, Barbara Burley and her brother, Murray Blagden. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Campbell’s Funeral Home, 89 Bridge Street, Sackville N.B. (506) 364-8188. A time of remembrance will take place at the funeral home on Monday, September 21, 2020 from 2-4 pm. Please bring your mask and respect Covid-19 social distancing guidelines.
