Obituary of Doris Ellen Popert

It is with deep sadness that the family of Doris Popert, announces her passing at the Sackville Memorial Hospital on Thursday, April 2, 2020, at the age of 74. Doris was very kind and a lover of all animals, especially cats and her dogs. She enjoyed playing both the piano and guitar and also singing. Doris will be lovingly remembered by her partner of 43 years, Marilyn Johnston of Sackville; her brother, Don (Annie) of Iqaluit, as well as by many extended family and friends. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Campbell’s Funeral Home, 89 Bridge Street, Sackville N.B. (506) 364-8188. In keeping with Doris’s wishes, there will be no visiting hours or funeral service. If so desired, donations in memory of Doris may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or to the charity of one’s choice.
