Carol, John, Allan, Kevin & Jacqueline so sorry for your loss. Jack was like a 2nd dad to me during my fastball days. He coached, mentored and supported me for all the years I was involved in fastball, whether it be by coaching or umpiring (also giving me a hard time). He was a caring, thoughtful and giving man and I will be forever grateful for all the kindness he showed me over the years. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your families. He will be deeply missed.

So sorry to learn of Jack’s passing. I fondly remember the early 70s and Jack coaching our girls fastball teams. He was a great guy and I know he will certainly be missed. I am unable to attend his celebration of life as I am travelling south but know that I am thinking of his family at this time and praying that God will grant you all the strength needed to sustain you during this difficult time for your family.

Carole and all your family. We were saddened to learn of Jack's passing as he always brought so much life to whatever he did. He, almost single handedly kept fastball alive in this region for many years. He was a pleasure to be around with his quick wit and stories. You can be sure all your friends are with you and Jackie as well as the boys at this time and we know you have tghe strength to carry on.

Jack was a real icon of the town. Growing up here Jack cut all the boys hair. My Dad would take me to his shop just about every Saturday morning and I remember all the men not liking the Beatles to much back then. Paula and I express our sincere sympathy to all the Phinney family.
