Dear Janice and family: Thinking of you and wishing I could be in Sackville with you on this day of all days. But, I can't get out of work. So sorry for the loss of your mother but so happy to know that she's now with Jesus. It was wonderful to have been part of your extended family over the years. Norma's spirit, attitude and conversation during my visit with her at the hospital did more to uplift me than I could ever have imagined. I went there thinking I might make her feel better. I left there completely astonished. What she did for me that day, probably without even knowing it, will stay in my heart and memory the rest of my life. You will all miss her being here of course but you know she will always be in your heart. May you recover quickly as she would want you to do.
