I hired Lorne as my assistant at Mount Allison back in the early 70’s, one of my better decisions. Lorne truly walked to the beat of his own drummer, something I always respected. He had an ability to not let you take yourself too seriously. I have fond memories of Lorne and the time we worked together. My sincere condolences.
