Obituary of Audrey Margaret Kenny

Westcock, N.B.- It is with deep sadness that we must announce the passing of Audrey Margaret Kenny, at the Sackville Memorial Hospital on Monday, January 9, 2017 at 64 years of age. Born on August 20, 1952 in Ottawa, Ontario, Audrey was the daughter of the late Dorothy (Goreham) and Edgar Zoellner. A long time loyal employee of Mount Allison University, she loved spending time with her grandchildren, loved spending time in her gardens, and always thought of others before herself. Audrey will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Arthur Kenny; her two sons, James (Kathy) Kenny and Artie (Jennifer) Kenny; her sister, Sandra Sears; her brother, Alex (Julia) Zoellner; her grandchildren, Hannah, Evan, Peyton, Luke, Paige and Charlotte; many nieces and nephews, as well as by many close friends and neighbors. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her special niece, Melony Sears. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Campbell’s Funeral Home, 89 Bridge Street, Sackville N.B. (506) 364-8188. In keeping with Audrey’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A reception and time for family and friends to share memories of Audrey will be held at Campbell’s Funeral Home on Saturday, January 14, 2017 from 2-4 pm. The burial will take place in the spring at the Westcock Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Audrey may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Canadian Cancer Society, Sackville Memorial Hospital or to the charity of one’s choice.
