I love Mr. MacDonald's books. Years ago I wrote to tell him how much I enjoyed his humour. He answered my letter to my incredible pleasure. Today I was going through my library and saw his books so I decided to check on Google. I am so sorry to hear of his death five years ago. My condolences to his family. He was a gracious man.
