Obituary of Carman Walter Fillmore

It is with deep sadness that the family of Carman W. Fillmore announces his passing on Monday, September 28, 2015 at the Sackville Special Care Home, with his loving wife by his side. Carman was 80 years of age. Born in Dorchester, N.B. on April 3, 1935, he was the son of the late Dorothy (Atkinson) and Harry Fillmore. Carman will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 37 years, Daryl Faye (Grant) Fillmore of Sackville, N.B.; his loving friend, Angela; his two children, Dottie and Allan and by his four grandchildren. Arrangements have been entrusted to Campbell’s Funeral Home, 89 Bridge Street, Sackville, N.B. (364-8188). In keeping with Carman’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no visiting hours or funeral service. Carman will be buried in the Elmwood Cemetery in Moncton N.B. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Carman may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, N.B. Lung Association or to the charity of one’s choice.
