Obituary of Sharon Ann Lee

It is with great sadness that the family of Sharon Ann Lee, announce her passing at her home on Tuesday, June 11, 2013. She was 67 years of age. Born in Amherst, N.S. on May 6, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Victor and Annie (Richard) Babineau. Sharon enjoyed her life to the fullest, playing cards and in younger years, tv bingo. She loved spending time with her friend Joan Throop with whom she lived for the last six years. Sharon was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and friend who will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Sharon will be lovingly remembered by her three children, Terry (Marjorie) Lee of Point de Bute, N.B.; Lloyd (Sharon) Lee of Riverview, N.B. and Vickie (Jeff) Smith of Sackville, N.B.; two brothers, Art Babineau of Amherst, N.S. and Lloyd (Betty) Babineau of Amherst, N.S.; sister, Theresa (Ron) Pryor of Halifax, N.S.; grandchildren, Jeffrey (Carol) Lee, Amber Smith, Tanar Sears and Sarah and by her step-grandson, Simon. Besides her parents, she was pre-deceased by her husband Russell Lee in 2005; her son, Christopher Lee in 2003 and by her sister-in-law, Mary Babineau. Arrangements have been entrusted to Campbell’s Funeral Home, 89 Bridge Street, Sackville, N.B. (364-8188). In keeping with Sharon’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Visitation will take place on Saturday evening, June 15, 2013 from 6-9 pm at the funeral home. The funeral service will take place at the funeral home on Sunday, June 16, 2013 at 3 pm with Rev. Vernon Vickruck officiating. In lieu of flowers, Sharon’s family would appreciate donations to assist with the funeral costs. If so desired, these donations can be made at the funeral home.
