Obituary of Isabella Christina Rayworth

Sackville, N.B.- Isabella C. (MacRae) Rayworth, age 85, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 7, 2008 at the Sackville Memorial Hospital. Born on May 24, 1923 in Williamstown, Ontario, she was the daughter of the late Donald and Barbara (Sample) MacRae. Isabella served in the Royal Canadian Air Force from 1949-1955 and was a graduate of McGill University. She was a retired school teacher, having taught at Port Elgin Regional High School. Isabella will be sadly missed by several nieces and nephews and by her special friend Jackie (Douglas) Trenholm of Point de Bute, N.B. She was predeceased by her husband Cedric Fulton Rayworth in 2003 and by her three brothers, Donald, Malcolm and Cecil MacRae. Arrangements are entrusted to Campbell’s Funeral Home, 89 Bridge Street, Sackville, N.B. (364-8188). Cremation has taken place, and there will be no visitation or service. A private burial will take place in the Upper Cape Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Isabella may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
