Obituary of Nancy Jean Hawkins

Nancy Jean Hawkins, age 63, passed away at her home on Thursday, October 9, 2008 in Sackville, N.B. Born on January 6, 1945, in Montreal, Quebec, she was the daughter if the late Gordon and Elizabeth (Gray) Hawkins. Nancy had worked in the field of real estate since the late 1970’s and recently retired from managing a number of rental properties in Sackville. Additionally, she had worked for a number of years with Hawk Communications. She had studied at Mount Allison University during the 1960’s. Nancy is survived by her brother David (Lorrie Bell) Hawkins of Dieppe, N.B.; her nieces Britt and Michelle Hawkins of Kingston, Ontario; niece Erin (Jon) Augspurger and grandniece, Grace Augspurger of Madison, Wisconsin. A memorial service will be held in the Mount Allison University Chapel, Monday, November 17, 2008 at 7:30 PM. A reception will follow. Donations in memory of Nancy may be made to the Sackville Food Bank or to the charity of one’s choice.
