Obituary of Allan Ronald Babcock

Sackville, N.B.- It is with sadness that the family of Allan R. Babcock, announce his passing on Sunday, November 14, 2010, at the Drew Nursing Home. Allan was 47 years of age. Born on September 19, 1963 in Moncton, N.B., Allan was the son of Eileen (Estabrooks) Babcock and the late Ronald Trueman Babcock. Allan was a special person in every way and loved music, hockey games and socializing with people. He enjoyed attending church as well as the workshop in Memramcook. Allan was a loving son, grandson, nephew and friend. Allan will be sadly missed by his mother, Eileen (Estabrooks) Babcock; his aunt, Annie Estabrooks and by several cousins. He was predeceased by his father Ronald Trueman Babcock; special Aunt Muriel Babcock; maternal grandparents, Clarence and Bertha Estabrooks and paternal grandparents, Mae and Trueman Babcock. Arrangements have been entrusted to Campbell’s Funeral Home, 89 Bridge Street, Sackville, N.B. (364-8188). Visitation will take place on Tuesday, November 16, 2010 from 2-4 pm. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 17, 2010, at 2 PM, from the funeral home with Father Kevin Stockall officiating. Burial will take place in the Four Corners Cemetery Donations in memory of Allan may be made to the Drew Nursing Home, Sackville Memorial Hospital Foundation or to the charity of one’s choice.
