I knew Jeff for many years. He helped me during my scouting years. Fond memory of him (and Irene) kindly giving up his weekend to drive me and my 'co-paddler' to a kayak race. When all other transport options failed, he stepped in and assisted. Off we went in an old but sturdy Morris Minor with the kayak strapped on the top. Typical of his 'never say it cannot be done attitude'. Wishing you are strength and fortitude during this sad and difficult time
