Obituary of Valerie Ann LeBlanc

It is with great sadness that the family of Valerie Ann LeBlanc, age 47, announces her sudden passing on Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at the Sackville Memorial Hospital.

Born on August 31, 1977 in Calgary, AB, she was the daughter of Irene G. LeBlanc.

Valerie was an animal lover and always went out of her way to help animals or people in need as well as enjoying coloring and cooking.

Valerie will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Rodney Leger; her three children, Andrew, Cynthia (Adam) and Allie (Dyllin) and their daughter, Scarlett Jones; her sister, Christina LeBlanc; her mother, Irene G. LeBlanc; her three grandchildren; her special daughter, Megan Patterson and her boys, Josh and Hedi, as well as by her extended family and friends.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Erin Campbell and staff of Campbell’s Funeral Home, 89 Bridge Street, Sackville N.B. (506) 364-8188. In keeping with Valerie’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no visiting hours or funeral service.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Valerie may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Atlantic Wildlife Institute or to your local animal shelter.
